Instrument comparability of non-targeted UHPLC-HRMS for wine authentication

Non-targeted analytical approaches are becoming a powerful tool for food authentication. With this study, a first step towards harmonization of non-targeted LC-MS approaches for wine authentication is taken, advancing their potential application in official food control.
