Green Week tunes into the MEAL study kitchen

A glimpse behind the scenes of the BfR MEAL Study: International Green Week visitors were able to experience a live link to the MEAL study kitchen. The Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) were switching live to the division’s flagship projects – including the BfR MEAL study kitchen – from the stage programme in hall 23a. Onlookers were given an insight into everyday kitchen life, got an impression of the study kitchen’s setup and learnt interesting facts about the BfR MEAL Study.

International Green Week was taking place for the 85th time. With over 1,800 exhibitors from 61 countries and around 400,000 visitors annually, it is the world’s largest trade fair for nutrition, agriculture and horticulture.
