Executive Office

The Executive Office reports directly to the BfR Governing Board and supports the President and Vice President in their daily routine work. Within this framework the Executive Office is responsible for the:

• Preparation of decisions for the Institute’s senior management
• Preparation of the contents and organisation of meetings, events and documents, follow-up
• Perusal and processing of business matters for the Governing Board
• Cooperation with departments and divisions of the supervisory ministries
• Carrying out of special tasks on instruction from senior management
• Organisation of translation work for the entire Institute
• Preparation and staging of visit programmes for German and foreign visitors on behalf of senior management
